This is Adriana, a reproduction of the classic Tantaly torso doll Candice, with high-end suction and vibration added as a standard feature. Adriana is described as a 1:1 torso doll. I found her to be a bit small to truly call her 1:1, however, she does have a reasonable size. She is 58cm (23 inches) tall, featuring an 83cm (33 inch) bust above a 56.5cm (22 inch) wait. The breasts have a bit of a rubbery feel to them, however, they do have a good squish to them and have the classic TPE jiggle. Her body in general is quite pleasant to the touch.

I knew this would be an interesting review. This is a TPE doll that focuses heavily on mechanical integration. A lot of doll manufacturers offer some sort of vaginal suction as a premium add-on, but most experienced collectors avoid them – they’re notoriously unreliable, prone to breakdowns, and warranties are almost never provided. Quite the contrary, most manufacturers are quite explicit that there is zero support after sales for the mechanical parts.

Salorein takes those functions and makes them one of the centerpieces of this doll. I was initially a little leery. There is a particularly well-known manufacturer in the doll space that makes vibration and suction their sales point and their marketing is the most spammy, awful sort of marketing out there, pumped onto social media through burner accounts constantly. More than enough to get me to avoid their brand. However, I can say to Salorein’s credit, they do not advertise that way. Their professional presentation and informative layout were enough to get me to take a close look. They also have extremely kind and engaged customer service folks on their subreddit.

Now, add onto that the fact that they back up their mechanical parts, guaranteeing a perfect tunnel seal with a year-long warranty wherein any faulty unit is fully replaced. That indicates to me that they actually stand behind their product, which is all too rare in this industry.

The Salorein Adrianna represents a legitimate structural pivot in the tech-integrated TPE market. By coupling an industry-rare IPX6 water-resistance rating and a one-year corporate replacement warranty with an architectural design that intentionally mitigates material tension (via fixed leg stumps), Salorein has successfully engineered around the traditional durability traps of motorized adult assets.

The model is not perfect. Collectors looking for a hyper-poseable model or a completely soft, anatomically realistic abdominal wall will find the rigid internal engine housing and non-adjustable leg positions a major compromise.

However, if your priority is advanced, technology-driven stimulation, mechanical reliability, and ease of maintenance, the engineering execution on the Adrianna makes it an authoritative benchmark in the current market.

Somatic & Real-World Usability Breakdown

She has been a true joy. Strange to use, at first, but her vacuum suction, coupled with the vibration is truly interesting. I enjoy how the sensation forces you out of your head and into your body. I also experienced the most rigid erections I have had in years.

For those with concerns about vaginal openings and whether the mechanics can fit a larger member – I have an unusually thick penis, which has been a frustration with previous sex toys I have attempted to use. For example, the Lelo F1S V3 XL I could only enter soft and then found myself unable to properly enjoy. This doll easily accommodates me.

The rhythm is interesting. She squeezes down quite a bit when the suction is activated, which makes it difficult to move, but you can work yourself in and out when she releases. Once the rhythm is established, I found it well on my second usage, it is truly a wonderful experience. I have many dolls, but she draws me in frequently.
